**Why do we make  our Herbal Products with ONLY Flax Seed and not other filers? This is  because other fillers such as rice, or buck wheat or corn do not retain  the heat. Flax Seed is also very tiny and comfortable to put against  your body. Other fillers such as rice can have sharp points, corn is  very hard, and buckwheat has no heating properties.
We offer a  therapeutic combination of the flax seed and herbal filled. Should you  need a custom order, such as no herbs, or customized to your liking,  please inquire. We do our very best to accommodate. 

FLAX is an  amazing herbal flower seed which contains 40% natural oils. All our  herbal packs are made with the above herbs and brown Flax Seed grown in  the USA.
All Flax holds 30 to 40 % oil which is what holds the heat  or cold in our products. Comforting and gentle to the most delicate of  bodies. We do not add any fillers such as Buckwheat or Rice to our  herbal packs.

Hot Therapy . Heat for 30 second increments as  needed. (check the temperature to ensure that the warmth is ideal prior  to use). Do not over heat – will cause burning.

Cold Therapy Place pack in plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours

**Herbal Scent will decrease over time. The effectiveness of hot or cold therapy remains.
