Each pair is:

• Chambered on both top and bottom to keep the herbal blend evenly distributed
• Filled to surround your entire foot with warmth

The top layer gently snuggles your foot while the bottom layer cushions beneath, creating a cocoon of botanical warmth.

Each foot warmer is generously filled (approximately 1.5 lbs per slipper) with:

Yellow Dock Root
Pure Brown Flax Seed (USA grown)

We choose pure brown flax seed — and never fillers like rice, corn, or buckwheat.

Why?

• It provides consistent, lasting warmth
• No sharp edges or hard fillers

Flax contains naturally occurring oils (30–40%), which help hold temperature longer — making it ideal for both warming and cooling applications.

Warm Therapy:
Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is reached. Always test temperature before use. Do not overheat.

Cool Therapy:
Place in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.

Over time, the herbal aroma will gently soften. The warming and cooling properties remain effective.
